CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

  • Students must wear neat and clean uniform of defined pattern only.
  • Students must be in the school 10 minutes before opening of the school.
  • At the first bell students must take their place in a line in silence. During assembly, absolute silence must be maintained.
  • While going up and down the staircase, student must walk in single line and keep to the left.
  • Students must always be polite to teacher, visitors and other staff member. They must always obey their teachers.
  • Students must use the dustbins for waste paper and other garbage..
  • Students must speak in English while they are in the school.
  • No student is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours including the recess. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against a disobedient student.
  • Students should not loiter outside the class rooms during class hours.
  • Library books should be carefully handled and returned on the due date.
  • Home assignment should be taken down in the diary. Syllabus for tests, topics and dates of submission of projects and other instructions notice given by teacher must be noted down and shown to parents.
  • Students must carry a napkin and a spoon with their tiffins and proper bags should be provided for tiffins and water bottles.
  • For breaking of school rules a students may be fined or otherwise punished at the discretion of the Principal.
  • Student should realize that they are responsible to the school authority not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any misconduct on the part of students would make them liable for disciplinary action.
  • Any student who is persistently disobedient, mischievous guilty of malpractice of indiscipline in the opinion of the Principal may be expelled from the school permanently.

Forbidden Practices

  • No students are to indulge in any of the following:
  • Disfiguring / damaging of School property.
  • Smoking in/around school premises.
  • Any form of playing cards of gambling.
  • Carrying or using mobiles, iPods, iPad, laptops or any other video, electronic and communication device in the School premises.
  • Use of drugs or intoxicants, except on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.
  • Chewing of betel leaves, tobacco, gutka, pan masala, chewing gum etc in the school premises.
  • Rowdy or rude behavior.
  • Use of violence in any form and ragging / eve-teasing or passing lewd comments.
  • Practice of untouchability or advocating of such customs, communalism or any such social evils.
  • Being in possession of or viewing / reading / screening / forwarding any kind of pornographic / inappropriate material by SMS / e-mail or any other medium. They are not to discuss or criticize the school or their teachers or any school staff / authority on Face book, Twitter or any other social media.
  • Indiscipline involving fighting / theft / any other act which may bring disrepute to the students / school or to the Air Force in general.
  • Driving a two / four wheeler to School without a valid licence and helmet (in case of two-wheelers).
  • No students will be involved in ragging. Ragging is an act wherein senior students use the fact of being senior to ill-treat their juniors and put them through an unacceptable level of discomfort and disturbance. These acts may include physical and psychological assault or threat (intimidation) or use of force or any mode of restriction, or demanding the status, dignity and honour of junior students or subjecting them mockery and acts that affect their self respect or use of abusive language and aggressive, vulgar and indecent behaviour with the junior.
